* First day registration and orientation to summer 2008 races.
Each week please plan on readying your boat to sail an hour before the race time and registering your name and boat number a half hour before the race time. The goal is to be out on the water ready for the first race by the time listed on the schedule.
A minimum of three races will be conducted for experienced
sailors. Two races will be held for new racers/Green Fleet in front
of the club.
Plan on eating lunch with us after the morning races or prior to the afternoon races.
All
races are subject to change based on tides and
weather. Please check with your instructor or watch
the bulletin board in the Grille Room for
any changes in starting times.
First place sailors are recognized each week. Awards will be given out at the Sailor's Brunch for the first, second and third place winners for the overall season. To be eligible for a trophy at the end of the summer you must sail in 60% of the races run for each category.
